Caller: Probably a scammer Hung up when I answered. Obviously using Australian phone numbers. Line was engaged constantly when I tried to call it back.

Supposedly from Telstra - even supplied a Telstra employee ID number & a number to call, which is Telstra Customer Service. Glad I checked here to confirm my suspicion of a scam.
