I think it's some kind of lottery thing. if it was that important they'd leave a voicemail. I've blocked the number.

Someone called my mobile from the same number on 4/8/2018 at 1.32pm I missed the call.

Called number back, recorded message from "Kids with Cancer" charity.

Yes, I didn't recognise the number and called it back. It's a 'dialler' and automated service to check if you're home, they had a recorded message saying we recently attempted to call you for charity purposes. I hope they DO call back because my number is UNLISTED and when I find out who it is I will report them

they call you and once you answer they hang up...and again after 10 minutes they do the same..

Any number starting with (02) 852459xx appears to be from the same charity call centre. They never leave messages on answering machines, and they try to call at the least convenient times for most people.

I've had 3 calls from this number. The first I answered and they hung up, and the next 2 they only rang long enough for me to get up and get to the phone but hung up before I picked up. What a pain!
