Caller: Real Insurance They called, I answered, a female voice kept saying "hello" then hung up on me. I called back and told them they are harrassing me and if they continue to do so I will lodge a formal complaint with the financial services ombudsman. They then said I had completed an online request for an insurance quote. I told them I did and I never received the quote so I won't be doing business with them. They have apparently removed me from their spam list. If they haven't I will follow through with my complaint to the ombudsman. I hung up on the guy because he wouldn't stop talking. I don't get paid to listen to other people talk.
