Scam Artist Dominic Holland illegally advertising every suburb towing company in Australia. Fraudulently allowing customers to believe they are speaking & hiring the company they asked for, then selling on the job at a lower rate to whichever "towing company" accepts the much lower rate. Customers are being stranded as in a lot of major cities, local tow truck companies are refusing to do the work or accepting the job and not attending as pay back.
