Called saying suspcious activity on our bank account, but then went on to say he was from 3 banks that we dont deal with. Beware

Agree with previous comments, called saying there was suspicious activity on our account and a transfer that was being held, he wanted our customer id number etc to verify who I was before he would cancel the transfer.
