When I called back it’s said it was an early learning Enquiry that I made. No idea when or if I did

When I answered the cal I was put through to a voice message Which said it was from department of home affairs and that an arrest warrant was out for my arrest as someone had stolen my identity. It asked me to press 1 to speak to a federal officer. I hung up.
