Caller: Energy provider scam

Some guy calling offering energy provider discount. I advised I don’t pay an energy bill he wanted to know who pays and when he can call to speak to them

same number has been harassing me, the number is auto blocjed by my phones harassment filter and cuts then off straight away

missed 3 call... called during dinner time....

This number is just one of five numbers I got calls from today. I assume all scams. The Insurance ones may have been from when I was making enquiries into property insurance, but that was many years ago. How long do they keep calling when they never get an answer? Why can't you give me a name & address of the caller, Is it because they do not want to be identified?
