Watch - Checkout or Adam ruins everything, and save :-)

LOL, "death insurance", perhaps they meant funeral insurance, which even when done"?legitimatly? is a scam.
If you watch the excellent Checkout program on Australian Broadcast Comissions channel or youtube you will realise very quickly.
Also, if you are a Netflix user, lookup "Adam ruins everything", (also on youtube). (Spoiler) - Sorry ladies, Diamonds are a scam!
If you buy a $4000 ring and take to one of those gold buying places, you MIGHT get $100...scam!

Sadly, yes. In todays world, you need to be a lawyer BEFORE, you do anything it seems. Have you ever read your Hotmail / Live / Microsoft / GMail / Yahoo account's "terms and conditions" before clicking on the "Sign-up" button...? Companies use this to gain your information. then onsell for profits YOU will never see, for a service, which if regulated correctly, would have been provided by a local company, would have had encryption and would be done via a VPN,(Virtual private network),from day 1. We have been sold out by the people who were meant to protect our interests, sadly. Mainly for personal gain, life long pensions and privilege, even after 6 months service....oops that turned into a rant, my bad, much love all. :-)

Privacy, there is none.

So if that's how you get your kicks, then that's fine. But here's what's happening - if it's an Australian call centre, you're probably abusing some uni student or someone working for pretty low wages who is reading from a script in a crappy job where they get abused all day. If it's an offshore call centre, you're abusing a mid-20s young uni graduate who has studied for 3 or 4 years to get his bachelors or maybe even a few more years to get an advanced degree and all they can get is some sort of call centre job because their country is poor.

Really, you should be calling up Client Advantage Group and asking to speak to their CEO or their head of sales or their call centre operations manager and you're actually hassling the decision makers who poor minimum wage peons have to work for.

But your call at the end of the day.

Whoops! Was I rude?

Called up, after a pause the caller requested for me. I confirmed that he was talking to the person, he started on a long winded, good afternoon, how is your day. I tried to remain polite, but it came out as "Can you please get to the purpose of the call I am currently at work". He apologised, wished me a good day and hung up ... I guess, surprise surprise, the call was UNSOLICITED and NOT IMPORTANT after all?!

I've been getting a call everyday from Client Advantage Group. I realised that I can set an auto reject in my smart phone and that should stop the annoying phone calls.

I took the call, was greeted with "don't worry, I'm not trying to sell you anything, I have a special offer for you..." then asked me to confirm my residency. I responded with "firstly, tell me about the offer" then they simply hung-up.
