Caller: Don't know

Optus advised me the number I tried to call was not connected... How can our phone suppliers let these telemarketing caller buy Australian phone numbers to call from overseas switchboards and we can not return their calls? These scammers are working with telecommunications companies, so the scammers are our own suppliers..... So sick of these companies.. If we all refused to pay our bills until this ceased, they would stop
