Charity competition line, they are a pain in the butt.

I've received 1 attempted call per day for the past 5 days to my mobile without any voice messages. I suspected a scammer and have now blocked the number. Thanks for the posts - very helpful!

This number calls me several times every day but only lets my phone ring about four times. Bloody annoying.

I have the same number calling, it's a scam.. don't trust

getting calls & they hang up when you answer. Started after i made an order on line & stupid surveys & questionaire came up at end of the order which i thought i declined?! Very annoying

Same went to enter to win $2.000 shopping vouchers.. To which I cancelled.. Now getting all these strange calls they hang up when I answer ,, the ones that I have spoke to English guy trying to give me cheaper deals on my electricity. & another offering me in with a chance to win $1000 for travel.. & want information from me.. That's when I hang up.. Driving me mad.. Wish I never looked into it.. Scam after scam

I have received the same calls total scam lucky I didn't give them the info they were after

Ive been getting several calls......
my own fault, i entered a comp on internet and left my mobile since then have been getting several calls.

I have saved to my mobile as Cold Call and then Blocked so if they ring again from numbers associated with who I add to that list I don't know about it! I suggest all those with mobiles do the same as they get your number from surveys etc.

Been getting calls from this number and before I can answer they hang up..... Called back and got an answering machine message.... Company is make it cheaper......

Started getting multiple calls from this number today, like some others there was no message left, so have not called back and I won't after reading all the messages. Thanks for all the posts to let people know.

British accent. Wanted to check who my energy provider was ahead of some draw to get $2000 off my electricity bill I don't recall entering. Seemed to have my post code and email.

Then told me my bill was going to go up and wanted to offer me a cheaper energy deal. I told him I was uncomfortable discussing this as I didn't recall entering any competition and would wait until my energy provider had notified us of supposed bill increase due to take place.

The bastards call one of our mobiles a few times a day and before we have a chance to answer, they hang up.

I have received calls from this number for over a week. I don't know the number so I won't answer it. They won't leave a message. Anyone know who it is.

keep ringing mee too and i miss calls however when i call no. back a recorded message says it was from make it cheaper to confirm my entry to win free electricity for a year. i havent even entered a comp with that as a prize. VERY ANNOYING

I have received at least 3 calls a week from this number for the last three months. I have answered three times and asked the caller to stop calling and delete my number but I still get harassed. is there anything I can do to stop them calling?

I rang number back after a missed call from them and voice message said the company was called Make It Cheaper... ?

Been ringing me too, I rang it back but it rang out just before saying that they were from Make it cheaper
