Couldn't return the call . My phone said suspected spam and it's from the Dural location

When I answered the call, they immediately hanged up. Called and left a three minute voicemail... in the beginning it sounded like they were talking to a pet 'hello cookie' etc but then 3 mins of silence, bit of breathing that's it.
