Couldn't return the call . My phone said suspected spam and it's from the Dural location

Number says from Dural - phone rang three times and hung up - pretty much like the other 8 unknown numbers that have called me this week.

Called and left a three minute voicemail... in the beginning it sounded like they were talking to a pet 'hello cookie' etc but then 3 mins of silence, bit of breathing that's it.
