called my mobile, i answered and heard nothing for about 8 seconds, then a buzz and an announced “good bye”. telemarketing probe-call I reckon

Probably a Telemarketer, so I blocked this number

Called me and I let my phone ring out as soon as it stopped ringing it called back again. I was at work and furious. I answered and there was a pause and then they said my name I could hear from the noise in the background it was a telemarketing call and shouted stop calling my number and hung up on them.

Caller: Some guy named Sam

Electricity company. Asked me how I was doing, said I was not well, he said Great. He copped an earfull.

Keep calling and hanging up

Just called and cut when I picked up. Blocked it in case

Repeatedly called and hung up when I answered. Answered the last time and they asked for me by name, I straight away asked why they keep calling and hanging up. So they hung up again.

Gap - then a voice asking do I get a discount for paying gas/electricity on time. Foolishly have answered once and they keep coming - I have solar, I don't care and I am on the 'do not annoy me list'

Didn’t answer this no. , but they called 3 times during the day & didn’t leave a voicemail. Probably a telemarketer.
