Who belongs to this number? When I answered they just hung up on me and when I returned the call it just rung out.

Just had the same happen to me... now it's ringing out.Must be a new spam number.

I had the same problem with this number the other day. They called me back a few hours ago and it turns out that it's amnesty international. You had to have given them your number recently in order for them to call you.
