Caller: Scammer falsely claiming to be "Jessica of Telstra Support"

Jessica of Telstra Support called the home landline at about 3pm. She had a thick Indian accent and was a bit difficult to understand. When I asked her some simple questions as to why she was calling me and where did she get my details she did not answer me and seemed annoyed that I would dare to ask. When I said that Telstra would not call me unless I reported a problem and that my service was fine, she hung up on me. Scammers
