Caller: NBN Wanted me to convert to fiber optic on the NBN because my 19Mb upload speed wasn't good enough. Crappy Indian call centre with 100 of them in one room. Kept them on the line for over 10 minutes but then they hung up when I said I didn't want my driveway dug up.
