It appears that Dodo use the same outbound number for both telemarketing and customer support. If you are expecting support calls, unblock them, and explain to dodo that they should use different numbers to improve customer service.

Called purportedly claiming to be from Do do. Knew my address. Call came from the Philippines. Trying to sell me a new internet connection through a modem at $60..00 per month. Have no NBN at may address. They claimed I have a copper cable connection to my address. Surprise, there is no copper phone connection to my address. I operate with mobile phone and wireless internet. They insisted I was wrong...I should know I been living hear for 15 years. They are scammers. Do do Insurance gave out my details. My question is why support Do do if they are not going to keep your details secure?

In addition, Dodo haven't sold handsets for quite a while now - they only do plans. So obviously a scam call posing as Dodo.

Constantly call 10 plus times a day. I have put them on auto reject of calls as it's just ridiculous. Seriously just f o.

They used my first name so I was confused then he said he was calling about me maybe buying adsl, to which I said no thanks, then he said and I wanted you to know you were eligible for another mobile phone with dodo (I don't have any phone with dodo, only a post paid sim)

This number just called me, I dont pick up unknown numbers, they never left a voicemail so it cant be that important. Just reading these comments now that it is Dodo....so annoying.. They also call me from a mobile number 0488 827 910) they have been trying to get us to transfer from ADSL2 to NBN. I told them over a month ago that I would discuss with partner and call them back (I am a Dodo customer so I know their number). They dont understand what this means and so they have been calling my phone almost everyday, 4-5 times a day, sometimes more... Because they dont know what "I will call them back" means, I have decided not to pick their calls and am currently looking into a different ISP as have found dealing with them very frustrating, and hard to understand at times (I think their call centre may be based in the Phillipines).

i called them and had them add me to there do not call register. I was getting 24 calls a day.

Phillipino CALL centre rings, says hi and hangs up. Rings continuously.
