Caller: NBN She claimed to be from NBN & let me know my Internet is exposed to net? I questioned her is l suspect a scam because NBN doesn't call customer directly it's the service provider role. I asked for her contact and NBN if 1800 697 626 her name Rosie Jones (India accent) and her customer rep id D415793. I ended call and contacted my Internet provider who confirmed a scam and end call plus block number.
