Caller: ”NBN” Called my mobile 27 Jan 2026. “Hello” I say. Slow to respond (call centre). Indian accent. “Hello, I am from NBN; this is not a sales call - I am not trying to sell you any thing. When you go online in the last couple of days I can tell that..”
I hung up. NBN does not call the public for such matters (they might call for requested installation appointments); the public use internet providers; NBN as wholesaler rarely deals with the public.
This was a phone call from a Scammer!!
