Caller claimed to be from Telstra technical & was calling about an upgrade to my internet which was to happen the next Monday. He did not refer to me by name when calling. He asked if I was the only one using the internet. I said "I am". (I avoid using the word Yes. I will also use the word "correct" or "it is" or another response depending how the question is asked.) He terminated the call.
