Automated caller, Asian voice for drain immigration?

Got called twice within the span of a couple mins. Came up as suspected spam. It only rang for a couple seconds each time, so I didn't even get a chance to answer the phone to find out what it was.

Automated voicemail saying "notice from the Australian Immigration Bureau. We have contact you many times but can't contact you. You have an urgent document notification for detail press one for English press two for Chinese" then proceeds to repeat the message in Chinese. Obviously a scam since I was born in Australia and do not know of anyone going through immigration right now.... and I'm pretty sure the Australian Immigration Bureau knows proper grammar (We have contact you)
