Caller: Trying to tell me that my electricity is going up...

Called twice in a matter of an hour, I answered second call, some guy say that all power companies are putting their rates up. Told my company has reduced my rate, so he hung up...

This is the second call I have had from this number (it came in am hours), having had an identical call yesterday (pm hours). When I answered (twice) there was a long silence, followed by a high-pitched "ping" sound then a recorded voice said "goodbye" and the call terminated. Almost certainly someone setting up a scam.

Rang about electricity discounts, wouldn’t say what company. Hung up when I said I needed to join a work meeting. Knew my info.

Spam or similar call

This call showed as coming from Sydney, NSW. When I answered there was a long period of silence, then there was a high-pitched "ping" sound and a recorded voice said "goodbye". I strongly suspect that someone was setting up some sort of scam call. It'll be interesting to see if they call back.

Caller: Indian guy

Some begger from Sydney area telling me about electricity - he hung up when I said say what now!

Nothing for a few seconds than “Goodbye”

Dosn't leave message. Suspect marketing or the like.
