Number calls 3-4 times a day when we call back no one answers the number rings out

Rings but doesn't leave a message

I answered, said Hello. No reply, they hung up.

unrecognised number so did not answer. No voicemail was left

Are they saying they are from UPS DELIVERY

Caller: No idea

Just received a call from this number & I answered “Hello” after which the caller hung up!
I promptly blocked the number & deleted it from my call history assuming it to be some sort of scam

Said something about my electricity provider is increasing charges by 35%, and do I have a solar panel on my roof?

Caller: Unsure most likely scam

Answered it was just silence then a recorded voice says “goodbye” and hangs up

Most likely scam after personal details. Claims to be electricity marketing

When I answered it went into a voice recorder then heard beep and machine said goodbye

Called regarding electricity account and I don't have an electricity account

I got an actual person on the other end when I picked up, but when I asked them how they got a hold of my number because I sure didn't give it to them, the lady launched into her spiel. At which point, I hung up.
