Called me SIX TIMES on this number- each time, they didn't answer (probably scammer someone who answered) I finally had someone speak & they Claimed to be from the NSW Government Energy Upgrade and wanted to speak to the business owner. This was 16th May 2023 - all 6 calls. Reports have them as scammers - I do not believe they're in Australia
