Called in work hours so went unanswered. Unsolicited call from unknown number

Screened the call and found this page. I can't say for certain if it's a scam, but it's certainly not solicited as it's not govt, it's not a provider I use, and it's not anyone I know personally. I wish these people would get a real job.
