Caller: I dont know

I didn't answer, I get so many calls from 02 & 03 numbers I never answer numbers I don't know, If they don't leave a message I know it's just a scam call so I block them

This and similar numbers call every single day, usually at meal time. They never leave a message so presume they are scammers. I don't answer if the number's not in my contact list. Very annoying.

I didn't speak and it hung up

Claimed they were from Telstra saying I had a problem with my IP address on my phone. I am not with Telstra.

I didn't speak for a while, then slowly said hello in a curious child's voice and they hung up

With the amount of these (02) and (03) area code calls I have been receiving lately, it has to be scam call. Just block the number and report it to “scamwatch” https://www.scamwatch.gov.au/report-a-scam
