Caller: Christine Bernardo, Supposedly a Telstra Technical Dept Employee No.TLS-021 Caller spoke to me for a period of time, she had an Indian accent. She said she was calling due to a Telstra technical issue and was I having trouble with my mobile data etc being slow and dropping out. I had been having this issue so I listened for a while. She indicated that she was a Telstra Technical Dept Employee and that my Privacy Relay had been compromised on my phone and I was on an open relay and they were calling to re secure my phone systems. She wanted me to download an App called AnyDesk App. So that they could fix it. Saying that I needed to have the ‘lock icon’ on Google search bar and trying to tell me how to check this. I became very suspicious after this when she wanted me to download the App and she also started to say to me that it was important to have my internet banking have the local on it and she said that my data showed that I was banking with ING & Another. At this stage I stopped being an idiot and hung up.

Caller: They said it was telstra I said I was no longer with Telstra, the caller asked if I had changed anything - said that I am a public instead of private - I hung up. I don't know what she was referring to—energy, the internet, my computer, my phone, who knows?
