Tried calling this clown back after receiving a call from him and hung up soon after I answered. He answers and mumbles a hello in a foreign tone. Ask him who is he and where is he from. Promptly hangs up.

Phoned my mobile number at night with a lot of giggling in the background for 10 seconds then hangs up. Tried calling back and get a mailbox that's full. Irritating.
