Some scam related to wealth growth/ investment from well spoken Australian male caller. When you phone back there is an answering machine recorded message from 'Australian telemarketing solutions' asks you to leave details - scam, block this number.

Australian Telemarketing Solutions - Telephone Canvasser. Suggest delete and block the number - if you speak with someone on this number you have the right to request that they remove you permanently from their canvassing list and database.
