Caller: Allegedly NBN Complete scam, say from NBN, say that eligible for a "fibre software upgrade to increase upload and download speeds" which is total BS.
Want you to screenshare to do the upgrade. Beware. Beware. BEWARE. Such a dangerous scam, I truly hope no one falls for it.
