Last week this number rang me about 20 times over a few days. When I answered they said they were surveying about competitiveness of Energy providers. I said NOT Interested, please do not call again. This week the calls have started again, and despite me saying NOT interested the person continued with their speel. Is this not illegal ?

Caller: Some one claiming to be electricity company In the middle of watching a video on my Phone.Asked to give me a moment as it was playing in the background. I put the phone to my ear she’s already babbling.So I hung up.
