I'm pretty sure it's connected to a scam operation. I received an sms 3 minutes prior saying "Suspicious credit card activity. Confirm your data, otherwise we will be forced to block it" along with a Westpac-themed URL. I didn't click on the URL, but called the mobile. Of course nobody answered, but within a minute I received two calls from this landline number where the caller was completely silent.

I reported the sms to Westpac security along with this number.

Same as everyone else. rings when I answer they just hang up. several times a day for a couple of weeks now. try to call number back and of course always engaged.
