Caller: 'Health Scout' No message so I rang the number back anonymously and the recording said Health Scout which I presume to be a health insurance comparo service. At least they say their name in the recording, probably not an Indian call centre - the recording was Australian/mild English accent.

Caller: HealthScout calling regarding health insurance comparison. I used one of the comparison services last year. they kept all my details and wanted me to compare policies again. agent called me "love" which was so inappropriate and when I pulled them up on it, they hung up. good result.
