Caller: Bupa? I was expecting a call from Bupa and got a msg to say they’d call me but when I answered they hung up on me😂 I know what it’s like to work in a call centre… sometimes you’re just hoping the next person doesn’t answer to give your voice a break!

Caller: Bupa Health Insurance Sales I called number back. It was Bupa Health Insurance Sales. Not exactly a cold call, it was following an online quote i received.
