Caller: said she was from HBO ? Foreign accent, didn't even pronounce my name right.... She wanted to talk about changing my Electricity and Gas Plan... "because as you know WE can get you a better plan to save you money" .... yeah sure, I don't think so, I feel she would ask for details that she does not need to know .... if I want a better plan, I will look myself...
