regularly call but never speak when I answer

Caller: "Australian Energy Iniative"

Not sure if its a scam or a telemarketer. I sent straight to voicemail and listened back to the message and got a "Hello, Hello?"

They followed up with a text message and an email for the Australian Energy Iniative. Noting that the email address was a .com not a .gov.

Blocked.

just don't pick up. they do a ring tone as if YOU were the one that called them, then an old guy goes "can u hear me" then hangs up. fyi the yes scam is an urban legend so idk why they're doing this
