Caller: Carnival Cruises Personal holiday planner for Carnival Cruise Line, called within work hours and I was not able to chat at the time. The male asked if I use a preferred travel agent to book my holidays & I replied yes, he replied saying thank you and have a great day.

Caller: Carnival cruises Called back the number which went to generic call centre line. Asked why they called and there was nil notes on the file therefore they couldn't tell me. I have a cruise in two weeks time so it's a bit concerning that they couldn't tell me why they were calling. No voicemail was left.
