Caller: Commander

Man claimed to be "John" called the office asking for a certain staff member, asked what his call was about and where he was calling from. "John" said he was calling from Commander (did a search and found it was for the NBN) and that my colleague would know what it was about. He was extremely rude - I am the point of call for this office, if you are rude/vague I will probe you for questions until I deem it appropriate to put through to the necessary person. I knew he called the previous day but he blatantly denied it and my colleague had no idea who he was (wrong member of staff to direct this call to also).

Called the number and it went to a voicemail of a person called Michael who does work for Commander.

Perhaps try not to be rude or vague/sketchy with details and maybe you'll get a return call.

Dodgy - -never answersa the phone when you call back.. recorded message sayig Michael from Commander but he wont say that when he calls and you ask.

Unprofessional did not advised which company they were calling from or what is was regarding. It was regarding the NBN. Spam
