I googled Canon tech support and got this number. An Indian answered and remotely accessed my computer and told me that my problem with the printer would be solved by purchasing a network security system from him for $500 per year. I disconnected his access and the phone call. I HATE THESE SCAMMERS WHO PREY ON US. DO NOT CALL OR ANSWER THIS NUMBER.
