Scam. They claim that someone has attempted to make some sort of online transaction with your bank account. A choice is given between approving the "transaction", or pressing "2" on your phone to cancel it. Don't answer.

When you call back, you are greeted by a foreign introduction message (some woman who speaks Chinese), and put on hold. She says, "Your call will be transferred to the next available customer service representative. Your call is important to us." No mention of who they are, why they were trying to call, and why all of a sudden all their communications are in Chinese.

SCAM! Chinese voicemail… only a scammer would leave a message as anyone else knows that no one listens to voicemails!

Claimed to be from immigration. Chinese woman speaking.

Received phone call from this number. Refused to answer as the phone no was from NSW. When I listened to the voicemail, it was a robotic voice saying "Hello" in English. Blocked immediately.

As soon as I heard her accent, I cut her off. It was a mid-day, calll.

Scam call claiming to be in relation to an online transaction. In English and Chinese

No idea who it was. I did not answer as my phone flagged it as spam. They left a message in Chinese or Korean (unsure which). Deleted message and blocked the number.

This number claimed that there was a transaction waiting to be approved from the Commonwealth Bank. It is obviously a scam!
