Claiming to be ATO with regard to a tax issue, however when you call back starts swearing at you.

From ATO, they have lodged criminal action against me for tax evasion and Tax fraud!!
Funny as I haven't worked for 15 years and always had an accountant do my tax!

Scam phone message from this number. Claims to be from ATO and says that a Tax Fraud & Tax Evasion claim has been made against you. Beware!

Keep on calling saying I am interested in making additional income, need to make a payment to continue.

Caller left a message on answering machine. Caller said he was from the I T O ? Said I needed to call back to discuss tax evasion / fraud. Caller had an Irish accent and wished me a blessed day with a warning that to not call back would bring consequences. !
It's a scam, don't worry or call back.
