I answered and there was no response... then it hung up

I rang once and got disconnected

Immediately calling back message says "number dialed currently not in service" - that is why I don't answer numbers from out of State and call them back - an obvious fraudster - why does the government allow this to continue?

Rang number back and disconnects straight away
