Suspicious.
Joe from Lopack, Lopeck, Lopat? stating they wanted to sort everything out and verify all the details that they have and asked to give them a call back. Nothing in the message as to what exactly it was for.
Called back (due to use of name in the message). No company/business name stated, straight on hold with music and a message every few minutes to say the call was important to them and that calls would be answered in the order they were received.
No one answered after 20 mins on hold.
