Caller: ARMA ? Somebody else says ARMA (a "debt collection" company with a particularly poor reputation staffed by hapless souls who made poor life decisions). Who knows... they called and left no message. BUT... hiding behind spoofed Australian numbers is their modus operandi, so could well be correct.
