Debt collector called AREA (Australian Recoveries Mercantile Agency). Don't bother answering - they are the foulest, rudest people you may ever speak with.

The caller I'd comes up delta, they are spam pain in the arse

Some dodgy company that called themselves "three two one" (maybe?), that asked me if I wanted to earn extra cash. They wouldn't tell me how they got my number, they just said a client gave it to them. When I asked which client, they said it was against company policy to say. HAH! I said it wasn't very fair that they couldn't be named, but they felt it was OK to give out my details. Long story short - he got so frustrated with me he hung up. :)"

Just scum time wasters. Stick them on the phone's Block list. Sorted!

this person rings daily,but only lets the phone ring ONCE !. When you call back they wont tell you anything without giving your info. DONT !. dont know how they got our number anyway..not listed in my name..and is a private listing !.

refuse to say who they are unless you give them details. sounds suspicious

Yeah!! Sick of the harrassment and they trying to get out of me an amount when homeless bloody hell suck of it and I don’t owe anything regarding insurance or an incident!!
It was dealt with existing damages on other vehicle scam liars bastards. Keep trying to get money from me homeless still looking for a home!!

Contacted Woolworth's Insurance and they said they hadn't made the request. I feel they were acting for the other party as they knew a bit about the accident but it wasn't my words. Apparently ARMA are a debt recovery company. You have to trust no-one

Is ARMA, they work on behalf of Woolworths Insurance. If unsure, call Woolworths first to confirm their involvement, if all is legit they will put you through to ARMA to continue the chat. Not always bad news, sometimes they are chasing more info and so on.

Called telling me I had a claim against tax evasion against my name, I spoke with the taxation office yesterday about another matter and funnily enough nothing came up with them, no idea how they got my number but am assuming it's a scam

Two ring spam... calling from different numbers different states - dirty tactic to get around legal limits... or call centre incentives - either way just plain harrasment

DUN & BRADSHEET - 2 phone calls a day, every day for months. I believe this is harassment and in breach of ACCC legislation: "a maximum of three phone calls or letters per week" (off the ACCC website) - These guys are breaking the law, don't put up with it and contact the ACCC

Glad to see who it was again today via this site Ring don't leave message then send bold writing text messages intimidation is their focus to collect a debt from a gym that had no rights to collect and circus goes on all over again cause they won't listen when they rang previously
