Woman calls me - knows my name - thinks it's pronounced slightly differently though. Keeps speaking to me as if I am her child being told off or something. Repeatedly refuses, despite my reasonable request to her to do so, to identify herself or the company she is calling from. I was absolutely livid because this exact experience has happened to me repeatedly testing my patience and my usual impeccable politeness and niceness to people who do call me. A normal phone call usually begins with the person correctly introducing themselves and the organisation they represent. Anything else is very possibly a scammer.
