Caller: Rickie I was trying to connect my Epson printer to laptop, tried to sell me antivirus $1800 he said he could not do it as my computer had a virus and Epson engineer will call me the next day I watched a couple of tube videos and figured it out, he called back next day to tell me he fixed my laptop and his fee was $300..

Caller: James Harris Said he was from Canon Support. Wanted access to my computer to assist with printer set-up. He indicated I had an issue with Network Firewall Security. Also wanted to sell me an expensive Firewall program. Unsure if this was dodgy or not but I didn't give him access.
