They are calling from Global One Services.
The telemarketer I spoke with today said "i understand you hold funeral insurance". Most calls I get are trying to sell me funeral insurance, but this mob actually thought i already held funeral insurance.
I tried my new techniue today "wht would I have funeral insurance? I'm immortal, I'm going to live forever, I'll never die!"
He kept trying and I kept saying "but why? i'm immortal". He responded, "I understand you are immortal but you are not a God" I said, "How dare you? How do you know I am not a God?" At this point there was awkward silence, followed by beep beep beep.

I have previously asked Global One services to remaove all my details from their listings and advised them that I will lodge a complaint with the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO) for each subsequent call I receive.
The TIO will fine organisations $500 per investigation. I urge others to lodge their complaints with the TIO also.

Imagine trying to tell me I'm not God! pfffft!

Pick up the phone, silence. 10 secs in, recorded message saying "Goodbye" and the call ends. Goodbye spammer (adds to reject number list).

Same as all of the above. Ditto.

Twice calls received but nobody responds and hangs up

l get 2 calls a day from this number trying to sell me funeral insurance, l have reported it 5 times, getting very angry

I got two missed calls from this number then I tried calling back and got "the number you have called is not currently connected." How is that not suspicious?

I answer the phone but no one is ever there. Just silence then a dial tone. Probably from somewhere like India...
