Thank you everyone for the info. I normally avoid interstate numbers on the business line. So a call from Sydney is usually a red flag for us as we are Melbourne based.

Buttered me up by saying how lovely my website is, but it has a problem - my traffic is going to other people in similar businesses to mine. What rubbish! Wish these people would just fall off the earth. Sick & tired of scam callers like this. About time the government dealt severely with them.
