Theses people ring me twice a day morning and night some sort of overseas buy in share scheme

Yip same story, the number just showed up on my mobile,
I also have my business number diverted to that just for now.
I to did not hear it ring, although mobile right beside me.

I had a missed call from this number (I have a silent number ) Tried to call it back but it just disconnects no dial tone at all .

Keeps calling me, don't answer unknown - can't call back - no connection - scam - blocked number

Have had 2 calls from this number this morning, to a business number. I answered the first time and there was just silence at the other end. Second time I let it go to voice mail and they hung up (no message left).

I've had 10 missed calls from this number in the last week, twice a day morning and afternoon. Not once have i heard it ring, they call and hang up just before the phone starts to ring !! seems very odd , have tried to call back a few time , and it goes straight to disconnected line.

Called and asked to speak to someone who no longer works here. Told them that a number of times and I could tell it was an overseas call centre. They kept asking for that person and when I raised my voice and said I had told them he doesn't work here, she said "why are you being so rude and shouting at me?" I hung up without saying another word

Every time this number calls, I pick up and I can hear call-centre-chatter in the background but then they hang up immediately. Annoying!

You mean this same persistant caller I've ignored for months, calling all these other people? I never answer an unknown, or even private number, it's too bad if someone can't send a text or e-mail first... but what I'd like to know is, who gives them all these registered landline phone numbers, in the first place?? Isn't every single number attached to a name in some sort of registery?? If not - what if it's really some psycho with in some kidnapped victims home, using their phone in some psycho game??? What does it all mean otherwise?!

Hey Guys this number just called my work (i was on reception) asking to speak with one of our workers when i asked what is was regarding, the guy starting asking if he could have a "appointment" with me then started asking me for my mobile number when i said no he asked why & hung up

Definitely Snake Oil salespeople!! Does anyone have the actual company name? I spoke to them but could not get the name of the actual company out of them. I'm still getting multiple missed calls from these guys at all hours and I want to lodge a complaint with the ACMA but I need the company name. Did anyone manage to pick up what the name of them is? i just answer one of these calls as well, same information as you stated above

5 Missed calls in the space of 10 minutes this morning & no message - must be very important......Tried calling the number back and there is no connection = scam to me

Repeatedly called from this number after having instructed several callers to remove me from there power dialling campaigns.

asked to speak to someone who left 10 years ago, then asked to speak to marketing manager, i said we don't have one, then asked to speak to the owner of the company, i said we don't have one....then she hung up

Called me at 08:34 AM. Many years ago I made some enquiry about some financial thing and since then I get calls from shady financial entities from all over the globe wanting to offer me a 'great deal'. I have asked them to take me off their list but I suspect the list has been sold or passed around to like-minded fraudsters. I guess it could be worse - thugs coming to the door :-) but it's still annoying. Perhaps I should not be so polite when they call?
