Person called both my mobile and landline. He left message on mobile, but it was so muffled that, apart from "Charles calling"" and the return phone number I couldn't understand what it was about.

Second time they've called. Noone speaks. It's an automated dialing robot. If you wait long enough then somebody will talk to you. Saves them time being abused and hung up on. Still nuisance calls though.
